Team members join a mission-driven organization focused on accessible, compassionate behavioral health services.Role Description The Marketing Representative for Coastal North Carolina and South Carolina is a full-time, remote role responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships and increasing awareness of Pyramid Healthcare’s programs and services in the assigned territory. This role includes conducting outreach to hospitals, clinics, community organizations, and private practices; scheduling and attending virtual and in-person meetings; and representing the organization at regional events, conferences, and networking opportunities. The Marketing Representative will collaborate with internal teams to support admissions, promote specific service lines, and ensure consistent messaging about Pyramid’s continuum of care. Day-to-day tasks include tracking and reporting marketing activities, identifying new referral sources, delivering presentations and trainings about services, and providing timely follow-up to prospective partners. The position requires regular travel within Coastal NC and SC for field visits, while maintaining remote administrative and communication responsibilities.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including territory development, lead generation, and promotion of healthcare services.Experience delivering Training or educational sessions to community partners, referral sources, or professional audiences.Knowledge of behavioral health, substance use treatment, or healthcare services is highly beneficial.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage a regional schedule, and travel regularly within Coastal NC and SC.Strong organizational, time management, and CRM or database skills for tracking contacts and outreach activities.Preferred education: associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Services, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
