Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, and contributing to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns. The role involves coordinating promotional activities, supporting sales teams with marketing materials, and maintaining consistent messaging across channels. The Marketing Specialist will also interact with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, improve service delivery, and ensure a positive brand experience.Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to different audiences.Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.Experience in sales support and marketing strategy development, with a focus on achieving measurable results.Customer service skills, with a commitment to building and maintaining positive client relationships.Relevant experience in marketing or a related field; familiarity with Nigerian market dynamics is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.Proficiency with basic office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software; digital marketing platforms are a plus).Ability to work on-site in Abuja, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
