We’re hiring: E-Commerce Performance Marketing SpecialistHomelves | Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | On-SiteHomelves is hiring an E-Commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to drive the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media for our growing D2C business in the UAE.We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer who is highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable making fast, data-driven decisions across platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Shopping & PMax), and TikTok- Monitor daily performance and identify gaps across spend, ROAS, CPA, creative fatigue, audiences, and tracking- Execute platform-level optimizations, including pausing/scaling campaigns, adjusting bids, refreshing creatives, and resolving tracking issues- Plan and execute A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences, and campaign structures- Collaborate with the creative team to brief, evaluate, and iterate on performance assets- Deliver clear weekly performance reporting with actionable insights and diagnoses- Identify and flag seasonal growth opportunities, including **Ramadan, White Friday, and End-of-Season Sale**What We’re Looking For:- 2–3+ years of hands-on e-commerce performance marketing experience- UAE market experience is non-negotiable- Strong practical expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads- Experience with Shopify is highly preferred- Experience with TikTok and/or Snapchat Ads is a strong advantage- Strong understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM discipline- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with performance data- Currently based in the UAE and available to work full-time on-siteWorking Hours & Location📍 Business Bay, Dubai🗓 Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM–6:00 PM💼 Full-Time | On-SiteWhat We Offer:- Ownership of a growing D2C performance marketing budget- A fast-paced, collaborative environment where execution moves quickly- Company-sponsored visa and medical insurance- The opportunity to directly influence the growth of a design-led UAE e-commerce brandInterested candidates are invited to send their CV to ramza.hr@homelves.ae#Hiring #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #PerformanceMarketing #DigitalMarketing #Ecommerce #MetaAds #GoogleAds #TikTokAds #Shopify #MarketingJobs #DubaiHiring
