Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our brand growth through creative content, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital media strategies and campaigns.Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across digital platforms.Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.Monitor trends, analytics, and performance to optimize content.Collaborate with internal departments on campaigns and launches.Support marketing initiatives, events, and corporate communications.Capture professional photos and videos of site projects and field activities.Support internal events and employee engagement activities.Provide on-site and field support when required.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in digital media or digital marketing.Digital marketing/social media certifications are an advantage.Experience in real estate, corporate, or agency environments is a plus.
