We’re Hiring | Marketing SpecialistWe are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and market trends.Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote brands and products.Manage and coordinate digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing initiatives.Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and event partners to ensure successful campaign execution.Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.Support content creation, creative briefs, and campaign summaries.Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and company vision.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing objectives.Maintain confidentiality of marketing data and strategic information.Perform other marketing-related activities as assigned.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.Fluent in English.Experience in campaign management, marketing analytics, or creative content development is preferred.Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Content Marketing are a plus.Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and presentation skills.Analytical thinking and attention to detail.Creativity and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, Google Ads, and web analytics tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Location: Saudi ArabiaIf you are passionate about marketing, creativity, and driving impactful campaigns, we would love to hear from you!📩 Apply now and be part of our team.
