As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a high-performing, creative Marketing Specialist to drive brand growth by developing, executing, and monitoring strategic campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.Key Responsibilities/Skills• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.• Develops, implements, and manages social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost engagement• Knowledge of SEO/SEM tactics to generate leads to product pages or the company website• Collaborates with the sales and operations team to develop branding messages.• Identifies target customers and markets.• Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.• Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and service performance.• Prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.• Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.• Facilitates innovative and out-of-the-box strategies and campaigns.• Deep knowledge of major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter).• Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent sales and customer service skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot CRM, and related software.• One to three years of experience in marketing (digital and traditional) or sales.• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.What We Offer• Growth opportunity with a fast-scaling organization• Collaborative and supportive team culture• Ability to make a tangible impact on the company's growth trajectoryApply today to join a growing leader in the facilities services industry and help shape our future success in Atlanta and beyond.
