Marketing Specialist

Marketing SpecialistEmilion Development LLC is looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to communicate our vision, build the Emilion brand, and shape the marketing of our growing portfolio of real estate developments in the UAE.What you’ll doMaintain a consistent and distinctive Emilion brand across all customer touchpoints.Research the UAE real estate market, competitors, trends, and buyer behavior.Contribute to the development of new project concepts and market positioning.Develop and execute marketing campaigns for our real estate projects.Develop content and coordinate brochures, presentations, videos, photography, and other marketing assets.Work closely with Sales to generate quality leads and turn market insights into effective campaigns.Support project launches, broker events, exhibitions, open houses, and other promotional activities.Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion, and ROI, identifying opportunities for improvement.Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, influencers, and other external partners.What we’re looking for5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in UAE real estate, property development, or a marketing agency environment.A creative eye and strong copywriting skills.Commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing contributes to sales.Comfortable working with data, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs.Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and full of ideas.Excellent written and spoken English is required.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.What we offerCompetitive salary.Hands-on involvement in premium real estate projects, launches, and campaigns.Direct exposure to branding, digital marketing, investor marketing, and sales.A fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where ideas are encouraged and results matter.Long-term growth opportunities with Emilion Development.If you’re looking for an opportunity to turn ideas into meaningful market impact, we’d like to hear from you.
