We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist in Chicago, IL to help coordinate campaigns, support promotional activity, and keep marketing projects moving across different channels.This role would suit someone who is organized, commercially aware, comfortable communicating with people, and interested in understanding what makes a campaign effective.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate marketing campaigns and promotional projects from planning through deliveryHelp prepare campaign materials, presentations, and promotional contentResearch customers, competitors, and relevant market trendsSupport email, social media, digital, and offline marketing activityTrack campaign deadlines, deliverables, and project updatesCoordinate information between marketing and other internal teamsAssist with promotional events, launches, and customer initiativesReview marketing materials for accuracy and consistent brand messagingMonitor campaign activity and organize performance informationMaintain campaign records, contact lists, and marketing project filesAssist with new marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvementProvide day-to-day support across the wider marketing teamWhat’s ImportantYou’ll need strong communication skills, good organization, attention to detail, and confidence using standard office and digital tools.
