We’re a growing team in Dubai, and we take coffee seriously (ourselves, a little less).About the RoleWe’re looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who can come up with the idea and also knows how to make it work. You’ll lead our creative campaigns across digital and offline channels, from writing the hook to tracking the results. If you enjoy both the creative and the practical side of marketing, you’ll fit right in.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage creative campaigns from concept to launchWrite scripts, hooks, captions, and ad copy for social media and videoBuild and manage email marketing campaigns and automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)Segment customer lists and personalize emails by audience (cafés, roasteries, home users)Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, and content to improve resultsCreate and update landing pages for campaigns and product launches on ShopifySet up UTM tracking for campaigns and track results with Google Analytics and Shopify analyticsSchedule and manage social media content with Meta Business Suite or similar toolsWrite SEO-friendly content for blogs and product pagesPlan and run offline marketing such as events, exhibitions, workshops, and in-store promotionsMaintain a monthly content and campaign calendarPrepare monthly reports on campaign and content performance with clear recommendationsFamiliarity with Shopify or another e-commerce platform
