Key Responsibilities

Execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns for residential projects.Coordinate property launches, real estate exhibitions, and sales center activations.Support lead-generation campaigns and collaborate with Sales teams.Manage marketing agencies, promotional materials, and branding activities.Monitor campaign performance and conduct market and competitor analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of relevant marketing experience.Experience in marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and promotional activities.Experience in residential real estate or property development marketing is highly preferred.Strong communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in Arabic and English.
