SorsX is a fast-growing AI HRTech startup operating across the U.S. and the Middle East, and we’re looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help to support our growth.What You’ll Own at SorsXLifecycle & Email Marketing: Set up automated email sequences, onboarding flows, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to retain users and lower churn.Performance & Paid Media: Manage and optimize lean budgets across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive immediate user acquisition and low customer acquisition cost (CAC)Cross-Functional Execution: Works closely with product, sales, and founding teams to align messaging with rapid product updates.AI Agents: Build and manage various AI agents to help automate and streamline marketing functionsSEO & Content Strategy: Build organic search visibility and write high-intent blog or landing page copy to capture bottom-of-funnel leads.What You Bring to the Table4+ years of digital marketing experienceProven success running email campaigns and automated sequences via platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similarHands-on with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or video tools like CapCutExcellent copywriting and storytelling skills in EnglishA portfolio or sample of past work (campaigns, posts, landing pages, etc.)
