Marketing Specialist (UAE National)

Role Description The Marketing Specialist (UAE National) is a full-time, on-site role based in Manama, responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive audience engagement. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and providing insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. The Marketing Specialist will coordinate with influencers and internal teams to plan and implement promotional activities, manage social media and digital campaigns, and support client-facing marketing projects. Daily tasks include preparing marketing materials, tracking campaign performance, assisting with sales and partnership outreach, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, influencers, and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to support data-driven planning and execution of campaigns.Foundational Sales and marketing skills to assist in outreach, lead generation, and partnership development.Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing within the region is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Manama, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative environment
