About the JobWe are seeking a motivated, detailed-oriented Marketing Specialist / Associate (Underground Cable - UGC Projects) to join our team in Saudi Arabia.This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0 to 3 years of experience) looking to build a career in B2B marketing and business development within the Power Transmission, Utilities, and Infrastructure sectors.In this role, you will work closely with marketing, technical, and business development teams to support market research, prepare company presentation materials, manage prequalification documentation, and track upcoming project opportunities across Saudi Arabia.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Opportunity Tracking: Assist in researching the Saudi power and infrastructure markets to identify upcoming tenders, project announcements, and market developments.Marketing Materials & Content Creation: Support the creation and updating of company profiles, capability statements, brochures, and technical presentations highlighting our capabilities in underground cable (UGC) projects.Prequalification & Tender Support: Help compile and organize prequalification documents, client registration packages, and marketing support materials for tender submissions.Client & Stakeholder Database: Maintain and update an organized database of clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and key industry stakeholders.Internal Coordination: Coordinate with technical, commercial, and project execution teams to gather accurate project data, project statistics, and case studies.Digital Media Support: Assist in maintaining the company’s digital channels, website content, LinkedIn updates, and participation materials for industry exhibitions and events.Learning & Technical Focus AreaYou will gain exposure and receive guidance in understanding and presenting the company’s technical scope, including:High Voltage & Extra High Voltage (HV/EHV) Underground Cable SystemsCable laying, jointing, termination, and testing operationsCivil and electromechanical infrastructure associated with UGC projectsWorking with major clients and entities such as the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC)Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.Experience Level: Fresh Graduate to 3 years of experience. Prior experience or internship in construction, contracting, EPC, or power infrastructure is a plus.Skills:Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn technical domain concepts.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Languages: Professional written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a strong advantage).
