قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجCompany DescriptionNew Beginning is a dynamic consultancy firm with a regional presence across Dubai and Beirut, working with a strong network of established and high-profile clients across multiple industries.The consultancy specializes in business development, project management, marketing, and strategic advisory, supporting clients from early-stage concepts through to execution and growth.New Beginning’s portfolio spans a diverse range of sectors, including hospitality, aviation, tourism, logistics, real estate, food and beverage, retail, management, marketing, and human resources.With extensive cross-sector experience and a strong regional network, New Beginning supports businesses in developing stronger strategies, launching new ventures, improving market positioning, and building sustainable opportunities for growth.Role DescriptionThe Marketing Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.The role will focus heavily on research, strategic thinking, quality control, campaign development, and campaign execution across New Beginning’s portfolio of clients.The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for conducting and overseeing detailed client, market, and competitor research and ensuring that all research produced by the team is accurate, relevant, well-structured, and strategically useful.A key part of the role will be developing client case studies, market analyses, strategic recommendations, and campaign concepts, while also reviewing and quality-controlling research, presentations, and strategic outputs prepared by other team members.The Marketing Strategist will also oversee the development and execution of client campaigns, ensuring that ideas are backed by strong research, aligned with the client’s objectives, and translated into clear and actionable execution plans.Day-to-day responsibilities will include:Conducting detailed client, market, industry, audience, and competitor research.Reviewing and quality-controlling research prepared by consultants and junior team members.Preparing and overseeing client case studies, benchmarking exercises, and competitor analyses.Identifying relevant consumer trends, market movements, cultural insights, and opportunities that can inform client strategy.Translating research findings into clear strategic recommendations and actionable marketing plans.Developing campaign strategies, concepts, positioning, and overall campaign direction.Overseeing and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns from initial research and planning through implementation.Ensuring campaign ideas are strategically relevant, commercially sensible, and supported by sufficient research.Preparing strategic presentations, research decks, campaign proposals, and client-facing recommendations.Reviewing presentations and strategic work before submission to ensure consistency, accuracy, quality, and professionalism.Working closely with consultants, creative teams, and management to ensure strategic direction is properly translated into execution.Monitoring campaigns and providing recommendations for optimization where required.Staying informed about emerging market trends, competitor activity, consumer behavior, new platforms, and relevant marketing tools.QualificationsStrong market research, competitive research, and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, assess, interpret, and translate information into useful strategic insights.Strong ability to conduct detailed client research and case-study development, including understanding a client’s business, positioning, target audience, competitors, market environment, and opportunities.Demonstrated ability to review and quality-control research and strategic work, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, weak assumptions, or areas requiring further development.Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign development, and campaign execution.Ability to translate research and insights into clear marketing strategies, campaign concepts, and actionable recommendations.Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing research, presentations, strategic documents, and client-facing materials.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Ability to structure complex information clearly and communicate strategic thinking in a concise and professional manner.Experience working with multiple clients, industries, or projects simultaneously.Previous experience within a consultancy, agency, or multi-sector environment is strongly preferred.Experience across sectors such as hospitality, F&B, aviation, tourism, real estate, retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to oversee campaigns from research and planning through execution.Proficiency in presentation software and research tools; familiarity with marketing analytics, CRM, or marketing automation platforms is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Strategy, or a related discipline.Advanced qualifications or certifications in marketing, research, business strategy, or a related field are considered an advantage.Full-time position2 years contract period
