Company: Guild - Real Estate Marketing AgencyAbout the roleWe're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Marketing Strategy & Account Lead to become a senior member of our growing real estate marketing business.This is a key strategic role sitting between the Founder and our marketing delivery team.We're looking for someone who can take senior strategic direction and turn it into action: owning client relationships, driving brand, performance and marketing programmes forward, critically reviewing work, guiding internal teams and ensuring that every piece of client work delivered is underpinned by a solid commercial strategy.You'll need a strong understanding of brand and marketing strategy, real estate audiences, positioning, performance marketing, content strategy, and the customer journey - and importantly, enough experience to know when a piece of work isn't strategically right, even if it looks good on the surface.You'll work closely with the Founder on major accounts and new business, while progressively taking ownership of a portfolio of clients and projects yourself.The long-term opportunity is to become a genuine second-in-command within the agency, helping us build the team, grow client relationships and shape the future of the business.Key responsibilitiesClient strategyTake overarching marketing and brand strategies and recommendations developed with the Founder and translate them into clear marketing programmes and prioritiesDevelop and refine marketing and brand strategies for clients where appropriateUnderstand client businesses, commercial objectives, audiences and wider market contextEnsure marketing activity remains aligned with agreed positioning, objectives and target audiencesIdentify strategic gaps, opportunities and areas where client activity could be improvedProvide informed recommendations rather than simply executing client requestsMaintain a strong understanding of the UAE, GCC and international real estate landscapeBring a commercially minded perspective to marketing decisions, connecting activity back to leads, sales, revenue, reputation or wider business objectivesSenior client managementOwn the day-to-day strategic relationship across a small portfolio of clientsBecome a trusted senior marketing partner to client leadership teamsLead client meetings, marketing reviews and planning sessionsPresent strategies, campaign recommendations and performance updates confidentlyManage client expectations, priorities and scopeUnderstand upcoming business requirements and proactively identify what clients will need nextResolve issues independently wherever possible without escalating every decisionMaintain exceptionally high standards of client service and communicationBuild strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand accountsStrategic review & quality controlA major responsibility of this role is ensuring that work leaving the agency is strategically right.

You'll review output including:Performance marketing messaging and creativeCampaign buildsWebsite structures and contentWebsite and landing page buildsBrand messaging and positioningLong-form real estate investment contentSocial media strategies and contentMarketing collateralEmail, WhatsApp and CRM activityPresentations and proposalsCreative briefs and supporting campaign assetsYou'll be expected to ask questions such as:Is this right for the target audience?Does it align with the strategy?Is the positioning clear and differentiated?Is the message commercially compelling?Does the customer journey make sense?Does this support the client's wider objectives?Does this represent the brand in the right way?Could this be stronger?You'll then provide clear, actionable feedback to the relevant team member. We are seeking somebody who has the confidence to own this autonomously without having to rely on the Founder for input.Team leadership & deliveryBrief and direct marketing managers, executives, creatives, performance marketers, writers and external specialists across both internal and external client teamsTranslate strategy into clear briefs and deliverablesEnsure everyone working on an account understands the bigger commercial and strategic objectiveWork closely with our Marketing Operations Manager to ensure strategies are executed effectivelyReview and challenge work produced by the wider teamPrioritise activity and help the delivery team make informed decisionsSupport and mentor more junior team membersMaintain visibility across client workstreams without becoming unnecessarily involved in administrative tasksNew business & pitchesSupport with proposals, tenders, RFP responses and pitchesResearch prospective clients, markets and opportunitiesContribute strategic thinking and recommendations to new-business proposalsDevelop scopes of work and proposed approachesSupport pitch preparation and presentationsAttend new-business meetings where appropriateProgressively take ownership of selected pitches and opportunitiesHelp identify opportunities within existing client relationshipsContribute to the agency's own business-development activityCommercial account growthYou'll be expected to understand the financial performance of the accounts you manage and help us grow them responsibly. Responsibilities will include:Identifying opportunities for additional projects and retainersSupporting renewal and retainer conversationsDeveloping additional scopes of workProtecting agreed scope and highlighting scope creepSupporting pricing and proposalsMaintaining strong client retentionDeveloping relationships that create referrals and new opportunitiesContributing to wider agency growthWhat we're looking forYou'll likely have 6-10+ years of marketing experience, with meaningful experience managing clients, campaigns or marketing programmes at a senior level.Agency experience would be highly valuable, although we'd also consider someone from an in-house real estate marketing background who has managed multiple stakeholders, agencies and projects.Experience within real estate, property development or property investment is essential.You should be:Strategically strong, but equally comfortable getting involved in delivery when requiredCommercially minded and able to connect marketing decisions to business outcomesConfident making decisions independentlyComfortable challenging both clients and internal teams constructivelyAn excellent communicator and presenterAn exceptionally strong written communicatorCapable of reviewing copy and creative with a critical marketing eyeComfortable managing senior stakeholdersHighly organised and capable of managing multiple accounts and prioritiesCurious and naturally inclined to ask whyProactive rather than waiting to be instructedComfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial businessAble to work directly with a founder and progressively take increasing ownershipAmbitious and interested in helping build something rather than simply filling a predefined corporate roleKnowledge & experienceYou should have a strong working understanding of:Marketing strategy and planningBrand positioning and messagingAudience segmentationReal estate marketingLead generationPerformance marketingContent strategy and outputSocial mediaWebsite strategy and customer journeysCRM and lead-management principlesFull-funnel campaign developmentMarketing performance and reportingYou don't need to personally operate every marketing platform or execute every specialist discipline. Your value is in understanding what good looks like, asking the right questions, directing specialists effectively and ensuring the different parts of the marketing strategy work together.The opportunityOur agency is at an important stage of growth. We're building an agency and consultancy working with ambitious real estate businesses across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK and international markets, with opportunities spanning ongoing marketing retainers, strategic consultancy, property launches, brand development, digital campaigns and lead generation.This role is intended for somebody who wants more than a traditional account-management position.You'll work directly with the Founder, have significant exposure to senior clients, take genuine ownership of accounts and play an important role in shaping how the agency develops.As the business grows, there is a clear opportunity for this position to evolve into a wider leadership role across client strategy and agency operations. We're therefore particularly interested in meeting someone entrepreneurial, who values autonomy, ownership and the opportunity to participate in the commercial growth they help create.This opportunity may particularly suit someone coming from an agency or in-house marketing role who wants to step away from a traditional corporate structure while continuing to work on high-level, commercially interesting projects.We are less focused on title and hierarchy and more focused on finding someone who can operate independently, make good decisions, build trusted client relationships and help grow the business.
