Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob SummaryThe Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing showroom marketing operations, brand image management, product display optimization, promotional execution, inventory management of marketing materials and samples, customer experience enhancement, sales performance monitoring, and B2B business development. The role ensures that showrooms effectively support the company's sales objectives while maintaining excellent customer service standards and strengthening the Twyford brand presence in the market.Key Responsibilities1. Product Sample & Marketing Material ManagementCoordinate new product launch activities by promptly applying for display samples and marketing materials.Maintain a comprehensive sample library, recording sample receipt, display, removal dates, and quantities.Ensure all marketing samples and promotional materials are properly documented and readily available.Monitor sample life cycles and coordinate timely replacement or removal.2. Inventory ManagementManage showroom inventory of marketing materials and product samples.Conduct monthly inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.Maintain accurate stock movement records for all incoming and outgoing samples and promotional materials.Ensure proper storage and handling of marketing assets.3. Phase-out Product & Slow-moving Inventory ManagementIdentify slow-moving, discontinued, and obsolete display samples.Develop and implement inventory clearance initiatives, including:Promotional campaigns.Bundled sales.Project sales recommendations.Staff incentive programs.Maintain slow-moving sample inventory value below company-established targets.4. Showroom Display & Visual MerchandisingReview and update showroom displays at least once every month.Ensure new products are displayed within one week of arrival.Remove discontinued or unavailable products within one month.Maintain attractive product presentation that aligns with company branding standards.Coordinate seasonal and promotional display changes.5. Store Image & Brand ManagementConduct daily showroom inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and brand consistency.Ensure showroom facilities, signage, displays, and promotional materials remain in excellent condition.Maintain showroom inspection scores above company targets.Coordinate corrective actions for any deficiencies identified.6. Sales Planning & Performance ManagementAssist in developing monthly, quarterly, and annual showroom sales plans.Allocate sales targets to showroom personnel in collaboration with management.Monitor daily sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve sales objectives.Support marketing initiatives that contribute to sales growth.7. Sales KPI AnalysisMonitor and analyze key performance indicators including:Sales revenue.Transaction volume.Conversion rate.Average transaction value.Product category performance.Gross margin.Customer demographics.Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales analysis.Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies.Prepare management reports with actionable insights.8. Customer Experience ManagementSupervise customer service standards throughout the customer journey.Continuously improve pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service processes.Ensure customers receive timely, professional, and consistent service.Support customer satisfaction initiatives.9. Customer Complaint ManagementEnsure all customer complaints receive an initial response within 24 hours.Coordinate resolution of complaints within 72 hours whenever possible.Maintain complete complaint records and follow-up documentation.Analyze complaint trends and recommend preventive measures.Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Quality, and Customer Service teams to eliminate recurring issues.10. Delivery & Order Fulfilment CoordinationMonitor delivery schedules for large or special customer orders.Proactively communicate delivery progress to customers.Coordinate prompt resolution of delivery issues including:Product shortages.Delivery delays.Damaged goods.Transportation challenges.Escalate critical issues appropriately while ensuring customer satisfaction.11. B2B Business DevelopmentDevelop and maintain relationships with:Contractors.Construction companies.Property developers.Hotels and hospitality businesses.Interior designers.Design studios.Masons and foremen.Organize marketing events including:Product demonstrations.Designer appreciation events.Contractor engagement programs.Technical workshops.Support project sales opportunities through strategic partnerships.12. Team LeadershipSupervise showroom marketing staff and coordinate daily activities.Coach employees on product knowledge, customer engagement, and promotional activities.Foster teamwork and maintain high staff morale.Support performance improvement and employee development initiatives.13. Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures.Promote safe working practices within the showroom.Protect company assets and marketing materials.Perform any other duties assigned by management.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, retail operations, showroom management, sales supervision, or visual merchandising.Experience in the ceramic, building materials, home improvement, retail, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.Experience supervising teams and coordinating promotional campaigns is an added advantage.Technical SkillsStrong understanding of retail marketing and visual merchandising.Sales performance analysis and KPI reporting.Inventory management.Customer relationship management (CRM).Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Data analysis and reporting.Event planning and execution.CompetenciesStrong leadership and supervisory skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Customer-focused mindset.Excellent planning and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.High attention to detail.Commercial awareness and business acumen.Creativity in marketing and promotional execution.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.High level of integrity and professionalism.Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining team morale, productivity, and service quality in a fast-paced retail environment.Equal Opportunity EmployerTwyford International is an equal opportunity employer committed to attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce.
