Marketing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to join our growing team in the real estate development sector. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong experience in paid campaigns, digital marketing, and real estate branding.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectivesManage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media platforms, etc.)Oversee digital marketing channels including social media, and email marketingCollaborate with sales and development teams to support project launches and campaignsMonitor campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insightsManage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign executionSupervise external agencies, designers, and content creatorsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on real estate developmentProven expertise in paid media campaigns and performance marketingStrong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)Excellent communication and leadership skillsKnowledge of the Saudi real estate market is highly preferredPreferred Qualifications:Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Paid MediaExperience in launching and marketing real estate projectsStrong understanding of customer acquisition and lead generation strategies
