We're hiring: Marketing Supervisor | Stars Group, AmmanAbout the role Lead the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across Stars Group's multi-brand retail portfolio: Skechers, Geox, Crocs, Network and Eleventy Milano. You'll turn approved marketing strategy into plans and campaigns across digital, social, CRM and in-store channels. These campaigns drive brand growth, customer engagement, store traffic and online & offline sales.What you'll doPlan and run campaigns from brief to launch to results reviewManage social media and paid digital campaigns, and track their performanceLead the Design Specialist and the Digital Marketing & Performance roleRun CRM and loyalty communications (SMS, WhatsApp, email, loyalty app)Supervise store launches, mall activations and in-store campaign materialsWork with brand principals, agencies, influencers and suppliersTrack campaign spend and report on resultsWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field4–6 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year supervising othersExperience running integrated digital and offline campaignsHands-on experience with social media, content and paid media performanceFluent Arabic and English, with strong copywriting in bothGood understanding of the Jordanian retail marketNice to haveRetail, fashion, footwear or multi-brand/franchise backgroundCRM and loyalty marketing exposureWorking knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and GA4A portfolio of delivered campaignsWorking experience in marketing agenciesLocation and work pattern Head Office, Amman, with regular store visits.
