Marketing Supervisor - commerce

| Marketing Supervisor – CommercialWe are looking for a Marketing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing activities for the assigned Business Unit, ensuring campaigns, promotions, events, activations, digital activities, and marketing deliverables are delivered on time and within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Execute marketing plans, campaigns, promotions, launches, events, and activations.Manage marketing calendars, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and post-campaign results.Ensure brand standards and content guidelines are consistently applied.Coordinate digital and social media activities.Track marketing expenditure, commitments, and budget variances.Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, media, creative, event, and production partners.Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Sales, Commercial, Customer Experience, and other functions.Analyze customer, market, competitor, and campaign data.Supervise and support assigned marketing team members.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.Hands-on experience in integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, events, activations, or digital marketing.Experience coordinating agencies, suppliers, and multiple internal stakeholders.Experience tracking campaign performance, timelines, deliverables, and marketing budgets.Strong Arabic and English communication skills.Strong analytical, presentation, coordination, and reporting skills.Experience in retail, entertainment, F&B, cinema, hospitality, real estate, or other consumer-facing environments is preferred.Professional certification in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Brand Management is an advantage.If you are passionate about marketing execution, campaigns, activations, and delivering impactful customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
