By offering innovative digital tools, the company helps organizations enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall payroll performance.Role DescriptionThe Marketing Trainee role at Mudad is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The trainee will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, assisting with market research, and collecting data to understand customer needs and industry trends. Daily tasks include helping prepare marketing materials and presentations, contributing to social media and digital activities, and coordinating with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role also involves participating in internal meetings, maintaining basic reports on marketing performance, and learning to apply marketing strategies in a fintech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation, proofreading, and review of marketing content.Assist in ensuring consistency of the company’s brand identity across different channels.Support the preparation of internal and external marketing communications.Assist in preparing social media content, awareness messages, and promotional materials.Support the publishing and coordination of content across different channels.Assist in preparing marketing reports and monitoring campaign performance.Support the organization and management of marketing content and related databases.Provide day-to-day operational support to the Marketing team.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing.Saudi National.Recent graduate with no prior full-time work experience required.Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools.Familiarity with content creation and marketing communication tools.Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms is preferred.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Strong communication and organizational skills.Attention to detail and willingness to learn.Application Period: 12 August – 16 August
