Marketplace & Pricing Analyst | 24-Month Contract | Hybrid | AmsterdamWe're partnering with a leading global technology business to find a Marketplace & Pricing Analyst to join their Northern Europe operations team on a 24-month contract based in Amsterdam.This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operations, using data to influence commercial decisions, optimise pricing strategies, and improve marketplace performance across multiple European markets.What you'll be doing:· Analyse real-time and historical data to identify market trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.· Develop and execute marketplace and pricing initiatives that drive business performance.· Own recurring pricing processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and optimise outcomes.· Investigate operational challenges through data analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.· Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence business decisions.What we're looking for:· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make commercially focused recommendations.· Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience writing SQL queries.· A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.· Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.· Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.Nice to have· Experience with Python or passion for data analysis or visualisation.· Fluency in a European language such as Dutch, Swedish, French, Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish.· A growth mindset with a collaborative approach to working across multiple teams.What's on offer· 24-month contract· Hybrid working based in Amsterdam· Opportunity to work for a globally recognised technology organisation.· High-impact role with exposure to pricing strategy, marketplace optimisation, and commercial decision-making.· Collaborative, international environment with excellent opportunities to develop your analytical and strategic skills.If you're passionate about using data to solve business problems and enjoy working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
