We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes ownership, communicates well, and is interested in e-commerce, luxury, technology, social media, and AI.📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 💻 Work Model: Remote for the first year, with occasional field work and in-person meetings 🇸🇦 Nationality: Saudi nationals only ⚡ Hiring: ImmediateKey ResponsibilitiesMarketplace OperationsSupport the day-to-day operations of the Bling marketplace.Review and manage product listings to ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness.Support seller onboarding and follow up on required seller information.Monitor orders throughout the full journey, including purchase, authentication, shipping, delivery, and completion.Coordinate with sellers, customers, logistics providers, authentication partners, and internal teams when required.Follow up on pending or delayed orders and operational issues.Test new app features and user journeys and report bugs, issues, and improvement opportunities.Maintain operational trackers and basic reports.Social Media ManagementThe selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Bling Luxury’s social media presence across all official accounts.Manage Bling’s social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads, and other relevant platforms.Manage the social media content calendar and ensure content is published consistently and on schedule.Coordinate posts, stories, reels, videos, captions, and other content.Schedule and publish approved content across all platforms.Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and account activity.Respond to or escalate customer inquiries received through social media.Follow relevant trends and identify content opportunities for Bling.Coordinate with designers, content creators, photographers, or external partners when required.Monitor social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.Maintain a consistent premium brand image and tone across all Bling channels.Field Work & MeetingsAlthough the position will be primarily remote during the first year, the candidate must be based in Riyadh.The role may require:Approximately one field day per week when needed, primarily to collect products or coordinate products for content, authentication, photography, or other operational requirements.Approximately one in-person meeting per month for planning, performance reviews, and team coordination.Field requirements may vary depending on business needs.Preferred Academic BackgroundBachelor’s degree or current/recent graduate in one of the following fields:MarketingDigital MarketingE-CommerceBusiness AdministrationManagement Information Systems (MIS)Communications / MediaPublic RelationsOr another relevant business or digital fieldFresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.RequirementsSaudi nationals only.Available to join immediately.Must be based in Riyadh.No previous professional experience required.Strong Arabic and good English communication skills.Strong interest in social media, digital platforms, e-commerce, and technology.Good understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends.Organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities and follow-ups.Strong attention to detail.Comfortable communicating with customers, sellers, partners, and team members.Willing to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.Comfortable performing occasional field work within Riyadh.AI-First Working EnvironmentUsing AI is an essential part of this role.The selected candidate will be expected to actively use AI tools as part of their daily work to improve productivity, research, content creation, social media management, reporting, analysis, communication, and operational tasks.We are looking for someone who is comfortable learning and experimenting with new AI tools and continuously finding smarter and more efficient ways to work.Previous professional AI experience is not required, but the willingness and ability to integrate AI into daily workflows is essential.What You’ll GainThis role provides hands-on exposure to building and operating a growing digital marketplace, including e-commerce operations, social media, luxury products, logistics, customer experience, technology, AI, and digital product development.You will work closely with the founding team and gain practical experience across multiple areas of the business as Bling grows.How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their CV to:bling.sa111@gmail.comSubject line:Marketplace Operations & Social Media Specialist – Application⚡ Immediate hiring — applications will be reviewed as they are received.
