Marketplace Supply & Operations Lead

Duyof is an early-stage booking platform in Bahrain connecting Saudi visitors crossing the King Fahd Causeway with licensed tourist apartments and chalets. The platform is live and we are starting owner sign-ups. We are hiring one person to build and run operations from zero.What you will doBuild supply: source, negotiate and sign licensed building owners and operators; own the relationship.- Write the operations playbook: listing standards, photos, seasonal pricing, cancellation policy, guest journey.- Run bookings day to day: availability, double-booking prevention, Arabic WhatsApp support.- Weekly KPI dashboard: occupancy, ADR, cancellation rate, booking CAC, owner net.- Prepare the pilot launch for Saudi National Day (23-26 September 2026).What we are looking for2+ years inside a two-sided marketplace: short-term rental (Gathern, Airbnb, Booking), travel (Almosafer, Rehlat, Wego), property (Property Finder, Bayut) or field ops (Talabat, Careem).- Hands-on supply-side experience with owners, hosts or partners; not customer support only.- Comfortable with marketplace numbers (occupancy, ADR, take rate, CAC) and a simple Excel model.- Excellent Arabic, working English.Engagement and pay3-month part-time consulting engagement convertible to full-time, or full-time directly.- Remote OK with visits to Bahrain around launch. Compensation set by experience and engagement type.
