The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in handling guests in a fast-paced entertainment environment.The Marshal will be responsible for managing guest flow, maintaining queue discipline, communicating safety instructions, and ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and guide guests in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner.Manage queues, entry points, and guest movement efficiently.Provide clear instructions regarding safety procedures, operating rules, and visitor guidelines.Ensure guests follow all safety requirements and operational instructions.Monitor the designated area and promptly report any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor.Assist guests with general inquiries and provide directions when required.Maintain discipline and order during peak hours and high-traffic periods.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities.Keep the assigned area clean, organized, and presentable.Perform other operational duties as assigned by the supervisor or project management team.Candidate RequirementsPreferably young, energetic, and physically active, with a positive and professional attitude.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with guests.Ability to remain calm and professional in crowded and fast-paced environments.Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork.Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety procedures.Previous experience in events, amusement parks, hospitality, customer service, or crowd management is an advantage.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as required by the project.Basic English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.Key CompetenciesGuest service and engagementCrowd and queue managementSafety awarenessTeamwork and coordinationProblem-solving and quick responseProfessional conduct and disciplineAdaptability in a high-energy environmentWork EnvironmentThe role involves working in a busy, outdoor or indoor entertainment environment with large numbers of visitors.
