قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThis exciting new role will be responsible for conceptualizing CRM campaigns, analyzing campaigns and business performance, and overseeing marketing technology platform operations. The role involves end-to-end campaign management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting across analytics and marketing automation tools, and delivering insights to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in GA, MMP, and marketing automation tools, along with a detail-oriented approach to campaign management within a regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Build and execute segmented CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, push notifications and upcoming channels to drive acquisition, engagement and conversion. Optimize existing lifecycle automations and support in developing new journeys to enhance user engagement and experience. Lead A/B testing and user segmentation initiatives to optimize messaging, evaluate campaign variations, and enhance campaign performance.Campaign Measurement: Track and report campaign performance, including key metrics such as delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate, conversion, and more. Provide insights and recommendations based on them to enhance campaign effectiveness.Digital Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, funnels and automated alerts across GA4, MMP, and marketing automation tools (E.g. MoEngage, Infobip) to track app, website and campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights.Business Reporting & Analytics: Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business performance reports for management and internal stakeholders. Present findings, trends, and recommendations to support decision-making.BI Reporting: Validate BI reports, track and resolve issues by liaising with data and technology teams, and support the manager in gathering requirements and preparing BRDs for new reports.Tool onboarding & integration: Support the manager in onboarding and integration of marketing technology tools, enabling improved user engagement, data collection, campaign effectiveness, and marketing analytics.Event management: Define, test and manage events for new products and features, improving data flow across GA4 and marketing automation tools.MMP & Attribution Management: Manage and maintain MMP configurations, including SDK/event tracking, attribution settings, partner integrations, validation processes and AI agents to ensure accurate campaign measurement and reporting.Data Validation & Documentation: Regularly validate and troubleshoot events, attributes, conversions, and tagging implementations across all tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Assist in maintaining up-to-date documentation, including BRDs, events specifications, metric definitions, and campaign execution processes, for all initiatives.Creative coordination: Collaborate with the creative team to support timely delivery of high-quality assets for campaigns and assist in managing the campaign calendar.Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with data, product, technology and customer happiness teams, to ensure a seamless online journey.The responsibilities and duties outlined above are not exhaustive and may evolve over time. The role may require additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager or higher authorities, in alignment with organizational needs.What We’re Looking ForEducation:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.Education specialization or master’s degree in a related fieldStrong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasetsProficient in EnglishProficient in ArabicAdvanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detailExperience:4-7 years of proven hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (E.g. MoEngage, Infobip, CleverTap or similar), preferably in a fintech or banking environment in the UAEProven experience working with GA4 for tracking, reporting, and performance analysisExperience working with MMP (E.g. AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch) for campaign tracking and attributionPractical knowledge of BI reporting tools (E.g. PowerBI) and SQL for reporting and analyticsExperience in leveraging AI for automationPractical knowledge of paid marketing campaigns (E.g.
