We're building a performance-driven training hub that goes beyond a traditional gym - combining elite coaching, sports science and strength & conditioning under one roof.The OpportunityUMAC is inviting external and private martial arts coaches to rent training space within our Al Quoz facility. This is ideal for independent instructors who want a professional, fully equipped venue to run their own classes, private sessions or coaching business - without the cost and commitment of leasing your own space.What's Included● Purpose-built, fully matted training floor● Changing rooms and on-site parking● Flexible rental options: hourly, block-booking or long-term● Access to a like-minded coaching community● Optional exposure to UMAC's member base and marketing channelsWe're Looking For● Qualified/certified coaches or instructors in martial arts, kickboxing, boxing, BJJ, MMA or related disciplines● Valid coaching certification and relevant insurance (or willingness to obtain)● A professional approach to running independent classes or private sessionsRental TermsRates and available time slots depend on discipline, frequency and time of day .
