The spa emphasizes a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and employees.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Massage Therapist role based at Rozan Spaa in Al Hufūf. The Massage Therapist will provide professional body massage and therapeutic treatments tailored to client needs and preferences. Daily responsibilities include greeting clients, reviewing health information, recommending appropriate massage techniques, and performing services such as therapeutic massage and Shiatsu within established safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves supporting stress management through personalized treatment plans, maintaining clean and organized treatment rooms, and documenting sessions as required. Massage Therapists are expected to deliver excellent customer service, collaborate with the spa team, and help create a relaxing environment that encourages client loyalty and satisfaction.Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in body massage and therapeutic massage techniques, with the ability to tailor treatments to client needs.Experience or training in Shiatsu or related modalities, with an understanding of pressure points and energy flow.Skills in stress management and relaxation techniques to support clients’ overall well-being.Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a professional, respectful manner.Relevant massage therapy certification or license, in accordance with local regulations.Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a spa or clinical setting.Ability to work on-site full time in Al Hufūf, including evenings or weekends as needed.Physical stamina and proper body mechanics to perform massages safely over multiple sessions.Prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or similar environment is beneficial.
