The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in pattern cutting, garment construction, fitting, sizing, and grading.✂️ Key ResponsibilitiesCreate accurate patterns from sketches, samples, or reference garments.Cut fabrics precisely while minimizing fabric wastage.Develop and perfect garment fits across different sizes.Handle dresses, blazers, coats, abayas, and contemporary womenswear.Make pattern corrections and fitting adjustments after sample fittings.Work closely with designers and sample makers.Grade patterns into different sizes while maintaining the correct fit.Ensure consistency in measurements, proportions, and quality.Supervise cutting processes and maintain high production standards.Identify and resolve technical construction and fitting issues.✅ RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Master Cutter in ladies’ fashion.Strong expertise in cutting and pattern making for dresses, blazers, coats, abayas, and tailored garments.Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and grading.Ability to achieve accurate sizing, proportions, and garment balance.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.📍 Job Location: Ajman, UAE📩 Interested candidates can send their CV to: jobs@learntob.com
