Master Data Governance Specialist

UoP- onlyHybrid from WrocławAn international organization is looking for a Governance & Process Specialist to support process harmonization and governance initiatives across multiple locations. The role focuses on standardizing business processes, defining responsibilities, improving governance frameworks, and preparing operations for future transformation and automation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document current business processes across functions and locations.Identify process variations and drive standardization efforts.Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on global process standards.Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflows, RACI matrices, and governance frameworks.Define and support business controls, compliance requirements, and approval structures.Collaborate with business owners, SMEs, data stewards, and IT teams to strengthen governance practices.Identify opportunities for process automation, centralization, and continuous improvement.Support governance maturity assessments and transformation roadmaps.Requirements3+ years of experience in process governance, business process analysis, or transformation projects.Strong process mapping and documentation skills (BPMN, Visio, or similar tools).Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment initiatives.Knowledge of governance frameworks, process excellence, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.Experience working in international and multi-site environments.Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Success in the RoleDelivering harmonized and well-documented business processes.Establishing clear governance structures, ownership models, and approval frameworks.Driving stakeholder adoption of governance practices.Identifying opportunities for automation, centralization, and operational efficiency improvements.Supporting long-term transformation and process excellence initiatives.Jeśli interesuje Cię ta oferta, kliknij „Aplikuj teraz”, aby przesłać aktualną wersję swojego CV, lub zadzwoń do nas już teraz.Hays Poland sp. z o.o. jest agencją zatrudnienia wpisaną do rejestru prowadzonego przez Marszałka Województwa Mazowieckiego pod numerem 361.
