Each release is crafted to be bold, innovative, and expressive, inviting clients to explore an imaginative and evolving fashion universe.Role Description The Master Tailor will work full time on-site in Dubai, overseeing the construction, alteration, and finishing of garments for ÚCHÈ’s ready-to-wear and special pieces. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting design concepts, drafting and adjusting patterns, performing precise fittings, and ensuring impeccable garment quality and fit. The role involves collaborating closely with designers and the studio team to bring conceptual, gender-fluid designs to life, while maintaining brand standards for craftsmanship and sustainability. The Master Tailor will also interact with clients during fittings, provide expert guidance on modifications, and help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workroom.QualificationsStrong tailoring and dressmaking skills, with advanced experience in constructing, altering, and finishing high-quality garments.Expertise in fitting, including taking accurate measurements, conducting multiple fittings, and translating design vision into precise fit and silhouette.Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and collaborate effectively with the design and studio teams.Experience working with diverse body types and gender-fluid designs, with attention to detail, craftsmanship, and fabric behavior.Ability to work on-site in Dubai full time, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced fashion environment.Previous experience in luxury or high-end fashion tailoring; formal training or certification in tailoring or garment construction is an advantage.Commitment to sustainable practices, quality control, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
