Salary Range: P40k-50kJob description:Role: Master Technician – PhilippinesThe Master Technician shall act as a technical bridge between Dealer Network, TSO Team, and TVS India Engineering, ensuring early detection, diagnosis, escalation, and resolution of product-related issues.JOB DESCRIPTIONMaster Technician – TVS Philippines1. Field Issue ManagementVisit dealers along with TSO team to identify technical issuesCollect and analyse complaints related to:Engine / EV systemsElectrical & electronicsFitment / assembly issuesClassify issues into critical / repetitive / minor categories2. Technical Diagnosis & Root Cause AnalysisPerform detailed inspections on defective vehiclesConduct failure analysis using standard tools and methodsProvide accurate root cause diagnosis before escalation3. Coordination with India Engineering TeamPrepare structured reports including:Issue description, VIN details, Photos / videos, Root cause hypothesisCoordinate with TVS India R&D / Quality teams for:Technical clarifications & Product improvement actionsTrack all escalated cases till closure4. Dealer & TSO Technical SupportSupport TSOs in resolving complex field issuesGuide dealer technicians on difficult repairsEnsure implementation of field fixes / service advisories5. Training & Capability BuildingConduct hands-on training sessions for:Dealer technicians, Garage mechanics (PGM), Internal service staffFocus areas: New models (EV + ICE, 2W & 3W) , Frequent failure areas, best diagnostic practices6. Product Improvement Feedback LoopIdentify recurring defects and trendsShare structured feedback to India teamSupport implementation of: Design changes , Process improvements ,Service updatesQualificationsEducation :Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical EngineeringExperience5–8 years in automotive service / technical diagnosticsStrong experience in:EV + ICE systemsField diagnosticsDealer technical supportSkillsAdvanced troubleshooting & failure analysisStrong communication (technical reporting)Hands-on expertise in 2W / 3W systemsData-driven problem solvingAbility to train and mentor technicians
