Hands-on training in embroidery, stitching & upcycled product development
Product development, quality enhancement & standardisation
Mentor trainees and support sustainable livelihood opportunities
Ensure product quality, finishing & support product development, pricing, packaging, and market-linkage initiatives.🎯 Experience: 8–10 years 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing, Textile Design, Apparel Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Certification in tailoring, Hand Embroidery, fashion technology, or vocational training will be an added advantage.2️⃣ 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 – 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐲 & 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠
Conduct hands-on training in embroidery, stitching & upcycling
Provide demonstrations, mentoring and practical guidance
Engage with women and community members at the village level
Support development of quality, market-oriented products🎯 Experience: 3–5 years 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏
Certification in tailoring, Hand Embroidery, or vocational training will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated practical expertise may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications for candidates with strong relevant experience.3️⃣ 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 – 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐚 & 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
Conduct hands-on training in painting, terracotta decoration & finishing
Guide trainees in colour application, brush techniques & artistic detailing
Provide training in the creation of high-quality, market-oriented handcrafted products🎯 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 3–5 years
Hands-on experience in painting, terracotta painting, and handcrafted product development.
