Join us and become part of a team that bridges vision with execution, powering the delivery of Dubai’s next generation of iconic developments.As a Material Engineer, the role involves overseeing the selection, testing, and quality assurance of mechanical construction materials across MEP projects, ensuring all materials meet project specifications, regulatory standards, and firm performance requirements. This includes handling all types of mechanical materials and sequence of operations — Fire Fighting, Plumbing, HVAC, and LPG systems.Responsibilities:Oversee selection, testing, and quality assurance of mechanical materials used in MEP engineering projects.Ensure all materials meet project specifications, regulatory standards, and firm performance requirements.Handle all types of mechanical materials and sequence of operations, including Fire Fighting, Plumbing, HVAC, and LPG systems.Review and approve material submittals in line with project and design requirements.Collaborate with Design, Procurement, and Construction teams to optimize material usage, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability.Coordinate with site, QA/QC, and procurement teams to ensure timely material approvals and delivery.Maintain material testing records and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.Support value engineering initiatives related to mechanical material selection.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.10+ years of experience.Experience in both Contracting and Consultancy firms.Background in Residential / High-Rise construction projects in UAE.Strong knowledge of mechanical material specifications, testing methods, and quality standards.
