Material Expediter / Procurement

Esnad Contracting Company is looking for a Material Expediter to join its team in Riyadh.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack purchase orders and monitor material delivery schedules.Follow up with suppliers on manufacturing progress, inspections, shipping, and delivery dates.Identify potential delays, material shortages, and supply chain risks, and escalate issues when necessary.Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, and Project teams to ensure timely material availability.Expedite critical and long-lead materials to meet project deadlines.Maintain accurate material tracking logs, supplier commitments, and outstanding delivery records.Coordinate material inspections, shipping documents, packing lists, and delivery requirements.Prepare regular material status reports and provide progress updates to management.Follow up on corrective actions to resolve delayed or incomplete deliveries.RequirementsDiploma or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.2–5 years of relevant experience in material expediting, procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.Experience in construction, infrastructure, or contracting projects is preferred.Good understanding of purchase orders, supplier coordination, and material delivery processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage.Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.Interested candidates are invited to apply through LinkedIn.
