We are committed to:ExcellenceResponsibilityEmpowermentConnectivityCourageResponsibilities:Inspect construction materials delivered to the project site to verify compliance with approved material submittals, project specifications, and applicable standards.Review material approvals, manufacturers' certificates, test reports, and delivery documentation before materials are accepted for use.Witness material sampling and laboratory testing in accordance with project requirements and relevant standards.Ensure that materials are properly stored, handled, and protected to maintain their quality and suitability for use.Verify that only approved materials are incorporated into the works.Monitor the quality of construction materials, including concrete, steel reinforcement, asphalt, aggregates, masonry units, waterproofing materials, finishes, piping, and other building materials as applicable.Identify non-conforming materials and coordinate with the contractor for corrective actions or replacement.Prepare inspection reports, material inspection requests (MIRs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and related documentation.Maintain accurate records of inspections, laboratory test results, approvals, and material certifications.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, laboratories, suppliers, and project engineers to resolve material-related issues.Ensure compliance with project quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.Participate in project meetings and provide updates on material inspection status and quality concerns.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Material Inspector on construction or infrastructure or building projects.Experience with buildings, roads, bridges, utilities, or mixed-use developments is preferred.Familiarity with local authority requirements and international construction standards.* While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
