Material Issuance / Parts Tracker in Production

As part of a manufacturing environment where precision and coordination matter at every stage, this role supports the smooth flow of materials needed to keep production moving efficiently and accurately.This position plays an important part in maintaining control of materials, parts, and inventory records across the production process. You will help ensure that teams have the right items at the right time, while supporting accurate tracking, reconciliation, and communication across production and inventory-related functions.ResponsibilitiesIssue raw materials, components, and spare parts to production according to approved requisitionsTrack material consumption and update inventory records in the ERP/systemMonitor stock levels and report shortages to the procurement or warehouse teamEnsure all issued materials are properly documented and recordedPerform daily reconciliation of issued, returned, and consumed materialsMaintain accurate parts-tracking records throughout the production processCoordinate with production supervisors regarding material requirements and prioritiesVerify material quantities and part numbers before issuanceAssist in physical inventory counts and cycle counting activitiesGenerate reports on material usage, stock movement, and inventory discrepanciesEnsure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and inventory control policiesRequirements2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience working in the manufacturing sectorProven experience accurately reconciling issued, returned, and consumed materialsExperience supporting stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory auditsStrong accuracy in verifying part numbers and quantities before material issuanceExperience coordinating with production supervisors, warehouse teams, and procurement teamsWorking proficiency in EnglishAvailability to work overtime when requiredExperience using Odoo for inventory or material tracking is a plus
