JPC - 6250 - Material PlannerDepartment: Scheduling & Planning | Location: Abu DhabiRole PurposeEnsures material supply meets production schedules and minimum stock levels to maintain smooth operations and efficient inventory flow.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling & PRs: Oversee material supply against schedules and create Purchase Requests (PRs) based on demand. Inventory Control: Analyze supply trends to maintain optimum levels and conduct accuracy checks. Issue Mitigation: Monitor material flow, forecast problems, and adjust schedules to resolve bottlenecks. Systems & Reporting: Leverage SAP to manage demand, generate process flows, and provide performance reports. Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders on material updates, engineering changes, and timelines. RequirementsEducation: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce or Engineering. Experience: 3+ years in material planning and scheduling multiple projects (3+ years regional/industry preferred). Technical Skills: Expert in SAP/ERP, Material Resource Planning (MRP), and Resource Management. Core Skills: Strong problem-solving, planning, organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
