Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and analytical Material Planning Executive to join our Business Planning team in Dubai.

This role is responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted availability of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials required to support production plans while maintaining optimum inventory levels.The successful candidate will work closely with Production Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to develop accurate material plans, monitor inventory, and drive planning excellence across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Raw Material and Packaging Material requirements based on production plans and demand forecasts. Generate purchase requisitions and coordinate with Vendors to ensure timely material availability. Create short, medium, and long-term material plans to ensure continuous production. Maintain supplier and material pricing records and support periodic vendor performance reviews based on cost, quality, service level, and delivery performance.Monitor inventory levels and maintain agreed stock coverage while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. Perform cost analysis and price comparisons for Raw Materials and Packaging Materials, identify cost-saving opportunities, and highlight significant price variances.Review and verify supplier quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, and related procurement documentation for accuracy and completeness.Monitor purchase orders from requisition through delivery and ensure materials are received within the agreed timelines.Support procurement activities by obtaining and comparing supplier quotations, evaluating commercial terms, and supporting supplier selection based on cost, quality, lead time, and availability.Track supplier deliveries and proactively identify potential shortages or delays. Collaborate with Production Planning to align material availability with manufacturing schedules. Monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete materials and propose corrective actions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports and KPIs. Maintain planning master data and ensure planning accuracy within ERP systems. Qualifications & Experience· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.· 4–5 years of experience in Raw Material and Packaging Material Planning.· Experience within the FMCG industry is required, Experience in the Tobacco industry is a Plus· Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, and Production Planning.· Good understanding of procurement documentation including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, quotations, delivery notes, and invoices.· Experience managing vendor communications, delivery follow-up, and supplier performance tracking.· Hands-on experience in requesting and evaluating supplier quotations, conducting price comparisons, and performing basic cost analysis.· Working knowledge of Procurement processes, supplier management, RFQ/RFP processes, and purchase order management.· Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo is a Plus).· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Dashboards).Language Requirements· Fluent in English (written and spoken). · Urdu language is a strong advantage.
