Materials and Warehouse Manager

We are hiring a Materials and Warehouse Manager for a leading international manufacturing company.Key responsibilities:- Lead material requirements planning to ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials in line with production plans and sales forecasts;- Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing stock shortages, excess inventory, and working capital;- Oversee procurement planning and monitor inbound deliveries to ensure on-time material availability;- Manage imported raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, including customs clearance and coordination with suppliers and logistics providers;- Lead warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods transit areas;- Monitor supplier performance, material availability, and supply risks, implementing preventive actions to avoid production disruptions;- Coordinate phase-in/phase-out activities for new products, packaging changes, and material obsolescence, including inventory write-offs where required;- Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, year-end stock takes, inventory reconciliations, and audit support;Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;- Minimum 5 years of experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or Manufacturing Operations, including leadership responsibilities;- Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory management, warehouse operations, and production planning processes;- Experience working in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, or other industrial sectors);- Practical experience managing imported materials and understanding customs clearance processes is highly desirable;- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced MS Excel skills;- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills;Conditions:- Work in a stable international manufacturing company.- Professional development and career growth opportunities.- Competitive salary- Modern working environment with international standards.For contact details:+998 93 184 02 72 or Telegram: @kveronikakkMail: Veronika.Kim@antal.com
