Role Description The Materials Controller is a contract, on-site role based in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, responsible for overseeing the flow, storage, and documentation of materials used in oilfield and related operations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory levels, receiving and inspecting incoming materials, updating material records, and ensuring proper labeling, storage, and handling in accordance with company standards and safety requirements. The Materials Controller also prepares regular inventory and material usage reports, supports audits, and contributes to continuous improvement in materials management processes.Location:Saudi Aramco Rig Site (Remote area)Eastern ProvinceQualificationsCandidate should have Diploma or Bachelors Degree.Candidates having 6months to 3years experience can apply.This opportunity is only Saudi Arabian Nationals.Note: If candidates profile is not matching criteria those will be directly rejected.Job Description:Monitor purchase orders and material delivery schedules from order placement through final delivery.Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, procurement teams, logistics, and project personnel regarding material status.Follow up regularly with suppliers to ensure materials are manufactured and delivered according to the approved schedule.Review supplier commitments, manufacturing schedules, inspection dates, and expected delivery dates.Prepare and maintain material expediting reports, procurement status reports, and delivery trackers.Identify potential delays, shortages, or risks and immediately communicate them to the concerned departments.Coordinate with suppliers to develop recovery plans for delayed or critical materials.Monitor engineering documents, material approvals, inspection requirements, and other prerequisites affecting delivery.Coordinate with Quality Control/Quality Assurance teams regarding inspection and testing requirements.Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery dates, supplier commitments, and material status.
