قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the jobEuro Mechanical is looking for a Materials Coordinator.Materials Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the flow of materials from receipt through storage, issuance. Ensures uninterrupted project execution through accurate inventory records, compliance with quality and safety standards, and effective coordination with Procurement, QC, Logistics and Project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify project materials, tools, and consumables against POs, delivery notes, and packing lists.Manage material tagging, traceability, segregation, preservation, and status control for accepted, rejected, and hold materials.Coordinate with QC for material inspection and release.Maintain accurate ERP inventory records, including receipts, issues, returns, transfers, min/max stock levels, and FIFO.Conduct and support inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and variance resolution.Prepare and maintain material documentation, including MRIRs, issue notes, transfer records, and delivery notes.Coordinate material issuance to production and site teams and identify shortages, excess, damaged, or obsolete materials.Ensure proper material storage, stacking, and preservation in compliance with quality, safety, HSE, and company procedures.Support material management audits and client inspections.Manage and coordinate 3PL warehouse operations.Support rigging manpower and equipment planning.Coordinate with internal teams including EPC, Procurement, QC, Site Teams, Warehouse & Logistics, and external vendors.RequirementsBachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field.Minimum 8 years of experience in material coordination, inventory control, or warehouse operations.Preferred experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, construction, or manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.Experience with material traceability, documentation, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.Knowledge of logistics coordination, delivery, and backload planning.Understanding of quality, HSE, safety, and procedural compliance.Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable.Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.To express interest, please apply online and we will get in touch with the suitable candidates shortly.
