Materials Lab Consultant - Kitchen Division

Black and Grey HR is hiring for a leading building materials company. We are looking for a Material Lab Consultant – Kitchen Division. This is a hands-on role for a customer-focused professional who can guide clients through kitchen material selections, understand their project needs, and convert showroom interactions into successful sales.Key Responsibilities:Engage with showroom visitors and understand their kitchen requirements, preferences, and project scope.Recommend suitable worktops, finishes, cabinetry materials, fittings, and related solutions.Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up consistently to drive conversions.Build strong knowledge of the product portfolio, specifications, applications, and latest offerings.Work closely with design and technical teams to address bespoke or project-specific requirements.Keep product samples and showroom displays organized, updated, and visually appealing.Maintain client records and nurture relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.Deliver against assigned sales goals and contribute to overall showroom performance.Requirements:Experience in showroom, retail, or consultative sales, ideally within kitchen, interiors, furniture, or building materials.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.Understanding of kitchen materials, finishes, or basic design concepts is an advantage.Customer-oriented, commercially driven, and confident in handling sales conversations.Proactive approach with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
