Maternity Cover Teachers (Immediate)

This position is a maternity cover role for experienced teachers. Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately and hold their own visa.New Century Education (NCE), headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is proud to be part of ADCG—one of the Middle East’s largest institutional investment groups. We currently serve over 9,000 students across eight campuses in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi.We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our team on a temporary basis at one of our charter schools in Abu Dhabi region for AY 2025-2026 and lead our young learners in foundational subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science.The ideal candidate should have a strong background and degree in Education and a proven ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for young learners.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in English, Math, and Science in alignment with the American Common Core State Standards (CCSS).Foster a safe and stimulating classroom that supports each child's development.Promote social-emotional growth through play-based and inquiry-led learning.Communicate effectively with parents and staff to support student progress.Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (mandatory).Teaching license/certification mandatory.IELTS Score or LOI mandatoryDegree equivalency requiredExperienceMinimum 2 years of teaching experienceStrong classroom management and communication skills.Understanding of the American Common Core Curriculum.
