The environment is focused on making complex ideas accessible and enjoyable for students.Role Description The Math and Physics Trainer (Fresh Graduates) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The trainer will prepare and deliver math and physics lessons aligned with Prep Up’s curriculum, using both theoretical explanations and practical demonstrations. Daily tasks include planning lessons, conducting classes, guiding students through experiments, assessing student understanding, and providing feedback to support their progress. The trainer will collaborate with other mentors to refine teaching materials, contribute to course enhancements, and maintain a positive, engaging classroom environment. The role also involves monitoring student performance, communicating with caregivers when needed, and ensuring alignment with Prep Up’s teaching philosophy and standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Mathematics and Physics, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and accurately.Candidates should possess skills in Mathematics Education and Curriculum Development to support structured, outcomes-based learning.Candidates should possess effective Communication and interpersonal skills to engage learners and collaborate with colleagues.Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills to design organized, interactive, and experiment-based sessions.Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Education, or a closely related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Interest in hands-on and experiment-driven teaching methods, with a passion for working with school-age learners.Ability to manage small groups, maintain an inclusive classroom, and adapt instruction to different learning styles.Proficiency in English; familiarity with educational technology or lab equipment is an advantage.
