About the RoleThis role is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and supporting the development of learning materials in Applied Mathematics and Physics. The faculty member contributes to effective teaching, student engagement, assessment, laboratory activities, and academic support.ResponsibilitiesTeaching & InstructionDeliver courses in:Applied MathematicsPhysicsPrepare lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and grading rubrics.Develop practical and simulation-supported learning activities Maintain laboratory materials, teaching resources, and e-learning content.Apply innovative and student-centered teaching methodologies.Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.Ensure course delivery aligns with approved learning outcomes and academic standards.Student Support & EngagementProvide academic guidance and support to students.Mentor students and promote active participation in learning activities.Support student projects, practical activities, and academic competitions.Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.Curriculum & Academic DevelopmentSupport the integration of technology and practical applications into teaching.Maintain current knowledge of developments in Applied Mathematics and Physics.Service & CollaborationCollaborate with colleagues on teaching and learning initiatives.Support laboratory and academic resource management.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.Relevant teaching experience in an academic or educational environment.Strong knowledge of Applied Mathematics and Physics.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.PreferredExperience in simulation-based or technology-enhanced teaching.Experience in laboratory-based instruction.Strong commitment to student learning and academic excellence.
