About: Programming Pathshala is a social enterprise leading in upskilling training programs for software engineers and also runs a 4 Year B.Tech Program at Zenith School of AI. At Zenith School of AI, we are looking for Mathematics Instructors and Teaching Assistants to teach Discrete Mathematics, Linear Algebra, Statistics, Probability and Calculus. This full-time Mathematics Instructor role is a on-site position based in Sohna Road, Gurgaon. The instructor will design and deliver mathematics lessons that support students in building strong quantitative foundations for programming and related technical fields. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching interactive classes, explaining mathematical concepts clearly, and connecting them to coding and problem-solving. The role also involves assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to different learning styles. The instructor will collaborate with the curriculum team to refine course content, create practice problems, and contribute to continuous improvement of the learning experience.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, with the ability to explain concepts in a clear, structured manner.Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design engaging, outcome-focused learning materials.Background as a Qualified Teacher or instructor, ideally with experience teaching secondary or post-secondary learners.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a student-centered and inclusive teaching approach.Ability to use digital tools and online platforms for hybrid instruction and student support.Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.Interest or experience in programming, competitive programming, or technical education is highly beneficial.Demonstrated empathy, patience, and commitment to helping diverse learners succeed.
