Mathematics Teacher

Elite Private School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Mathematics lessons, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and inspiring students to achieve academic excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.Assess, monitor, and evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback.Differentiate instruction to meet the individual learning needs of students.Prepare students for internal and external examinations.Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessment, and academic performance.Participate in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and school improvement initiatives.Support extracurricular activities, competitions, and school events as required.Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.Ensure compliance with ADEK regulations and school policies.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, Teaching Diploma, or equivalent).Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Mathematics.Experience teaching secondary school students.Strong classroom management and communication skills.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Familiarity with international curricula is an advantage.ADEK approval or eligibility for ADEK approval is preferred.Skills and CompetenciesStrong subject knowledge in Mathematics.Ability to inspire and motivate students.Effective lesson planning and assessment skills.Commitment to continuous professional development.Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Medical insurance.Annual air ticket.Professional development opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.If you are passionate about Mathematics education and committed to helping students achieve their full potential, we would love to hear from you.
