The teacher will design and deliver mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum, prepare lesson plans and teaching materials, and use appropriate instructional methods to support diverse learning needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining mathematical concepts clearly, conducting assessments, providing feedback, monitoring student progress, and maintaining accurate records. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, participate in staff meetings and professional learning, and communicate regularly with learners and guardians to support academic success. The role also involves maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages engagement, critical thinking, and problem-solving.Qualifications Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Mathematics Education, with the ability to teach concepts clearly across relevant grade levels.Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, including creating structured, age-appropriate learning activities.Status as a Qualified Teacher, with recognized teaching credentials or certification appropriate for mathematics instruction.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related field.Effective classroom management skills and the ability to foster an inclusive, engaging learning environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and provide constructive feedback to learners.Experience with educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning is beneficial.Previous teaching experience in a school or tutoring setting, ideally within an international or diverse context in Dubai, is an advantage.
