The school community emphasizes respect, inclusivity, and continuous improvement in all aspects of education.Role Description The Mathematics Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based at Learning Oasis Int.&Ntl. Schools in Riyadh. The teacher will plan, deliver, and assess mathematics lessons across appropriate grade levels, ensuring alignment with the school’s curriculum and educational standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching mathematical concepts in an engaging and accessible manner, differentiating instruction to support diverse learning needs, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. The role involves designing formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback, and communicating regularly with learners, colleagues, and guardians. The teacher will participate in departmental meetings, contribute to curriculum development, support co-curricular academic activities, and uphold a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.Qualifications Strong subject-matter expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, with the ability to teach core and advanced concepts clearly and accurately.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, including creating structured, standards-aligned units and assessments.Status as a Qualified Teacher, with relevant teaching certification or license and classroom experience in mathematics.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related field.Effective classroom management skills and the ability to foster an inclusive, respectful, and engaging learning environment.Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and guardians.Comfort with using educational technology and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning.Experience teaching in international or multicultural school settings is an advantage; fluency in English required, additional languages are a plus.
