Job Title – Maths & Science Instructor – Technical & Vocational TrainingSalary - up to AED 18000Type - Outsourced Contract Duration- 6 months extendableWork Location – DubaiJob Summary : We are hiring a Maths & Science Instructor to teach, mentor and assess learners in a technical and vocational training environment. You will turn maths and science concepts into practical, career-relevant learning through classroom teaching, lab work and blended delivery. This is a good fit for a Maths Teacher, Science Teacher, Technical Trainer or Lecturer who enjoys applied learning.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver structured Maths lessons aligned with approved curricula and learning outcomesDevelop lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, exercises and supplementary materialsDeliver classroom, practical/laboratory and blended learning sessionsUse demonstrations and real-world examples to explain scientific conceptsCreate technical and industrial maths materials relevant to the workplaceAdapt lessons for different learner abilities and proficiency levelsProvide remedial and supplementary support to learners who need extra helpMaintain an engaging, inclusive and learner-centred classroomConduct diagnostic, formative and summative assessmentsMark assessments, maintain accurate results and give timely, constructive feedbackPrepare learner performance reports on progress, results and proficiencyMonitor attendance, participation and progressionReview and update teaching materials regularlySupport programme reviews, quality assurance, audits and accreditationRequired skills:Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Science, Engineering or a related fieldTeaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE or equivalent) preferred3+ years of teaching or training experience in Maths and/or ScienceStrong skills in lesson planning, assessment and learner progress trackingComfortable with digital tools and LMS platformsExcellent communication and classroom managementExperience in technical, vocational or industrial training is an advantageSkills:Technical MathematicsApplied ScienceLaboratory InstructionBlended LearningLearner Progress ReportingFormative & Summative AssessmentInstructional DesignTeaching Material Development
